As a member of our partner, you are offered a personal Recruitment Advisor, a free recruitment process - where we headhunt for the perfect candidate based on your requirements and a $10,000 in credit (unlocking $2,500 in credits per hire) exclusively on our Elastic Teams model if you choose to hire the candidate/s we find.

We have great respect for your working hours, therefore we try to make the recruitment process as tailored as possible, while having the least possible friction with questions back and forth. To get an efficient start, we appreciate it if you could answer a few simple questions in the form below.

As a member of our partner, you receive a $10,000 in credit exclusively on our Elastic Teams model (unlocking $2,500 in credits per hire) on top of the price below.

There are no obligations to hire the candidates we find, you only pay if you want to hire the candidate after interview and evaluation.

Graduate - $2,900 monthly (155 hours) - Experience from school (bachelor/master)Junior - $3,900 monthly (155 hours) - Has 2 to 4 years of relevant experienceSenior - $4,900 monthly (155 hours) - Has 4 years + of relevant experienceTeam lead- $5,900 monthly (155 hours) - Has 4 years + of relevant experience and has taken on leadership tasks in addition to being a senior developer
