First and foremost, the cost level in the countries we source in, is far lower even for high-quality candidates. In addition, the supply of developers is much greater with higher geographical coverage. So let's take a closer look at what it actually costs.
A full-time senior developer in North America often costs you more than $100,000 a year in salary (and significantly more if you add employer's contribution, holiday pay, office space, and various other direct and indirect costs). Not to mention hiring a developer on a consulting basis. Then you are welcome to pay more than $100-$150 an hour, even in long agreements.
With us, the price of a senior developer of the same caliber cost $4,900 a month! Or $58,800 annually. That is half the price of a full-time senior developer in North America included direct and indirect costs.
This is how we calculate the price
If you choose to bring in developers through Noustack Elastic Teams, you pay a fixed monthly price based on 155 working hours per month. We make it simple and categorize our developers into four different levels, based on their expertise and experience. All our developers, regardless of level, have a relevant bachelor's and / or master's degree.

All prices are ex. VAT, and applies to customer relationships with a time perspective for one year or longer. We invoice month by month, in arrears, twelve months a year.
Built into the price is three weeks' holiday and self-reported sick leave of up to nine days. Absence beyond this is covered by us. 1 month probation period, three month notice period.
Prices are adjusted once a year based on the cost level (consumer price index and currency fluctuations). The price is adjusted no earlier than twelve months after start-up, so you are guaranteed an agreed price throughout the first year.

The recruitment phase costs you nothing
We don't have all the developers in stock. To ensure you the best result, we actively go out and recruit developers for each individual customer. We are looking for people who are specific to your tasks, and try to balance the team with a mix of senior and junior developers - based on your wishes and needs.
The whole process normally takes from one to three months and is free from us. We do not charge project management fees or administration fees. When we say that everything is included in the monthly price, we mean it. You will not be billed until your developers actually start working.
